List of Available User Types in Intelocate
A super-user role with all access to all tasks and configuration, except confidential tasks which are limited only to the task creator.
Management can access all other features, except the ability to subscribe to different categories. Only an administrator would be able to determine which categorized Actions a management role can see on the Actions Page.
A non-administrator role with limited access to participate in a business operation. Regular users can only access tasks that are assigned to them.
A limited administrator role to complete store-related business operations. Store managers can only manage tasks that are created by them are accessible by the organization’s administrator.
A limited administrator role to complete region-related business operations. With higher supervision, regional managers can manage tasks that are assigned to their locations.
A role responsible for improving revenue and developing sales for a geographical area.
A role responsible for ordering assets and managing order Actions.
A member of the organization with limited access to participate in a business operation. Field team members can only access task details that are assigned to them.
This role is only used for cross-organization purpose.
An external vendor with business partnership with the organization. Vendors are task-oriented and can only access tasks that are assigned to them.
A client of the organization that can only view locations information and task names that are associated to locations.
A member of the organization that performs patrolling activities. Officers can only manage tasks that are created by them are accessible by the organization’s administrator.
A limited administrator role where they can only generate reports and view location details based on locations which a user is assigned to.
