New Form Ordering
When adding forms/checklists to new and existing actions, or category creation, you now have the ability to see all of your forms listed in alphabetical order.
Going forward, this should make finding forms much easier for you!
Category IDs
You now have the ability to add IDs to your categories. This can help with associating specific categories with internal IDs which can help when it comes to associating costs to actions.
Additionally, Action Reports can now be run with a higher level of granularity then before by giving you the ability to choose level 2 or 3 categories and search by IDs.
Aging Actions
Action Reports now come with the ability to set parameters that allow you to pinpoint aging actions. As a result, Managers will be better equipped to find actions that have slipped through the cracks and need the necessary attention.
Please note that this function only includes actions that are ina live status (ie. new, in progress, overdue, or awaiting approval).
Updated Announcements UI
We’ve improved our Announcements feature to offer you more control when creating announcements.
You can now be more specific in regards to who announcements are being sent to as opposed to simplistic, large groups of people.
