Release Update - May 7, 2019
Administrators can now enforce Action creators to populate and submit a form before they can create an Action (Issue and Task). This feature is available on the Form Settings page. Once this option is enabled and the form is associated to a category on the Category Builder, then the form will appear on both the New Issue and Quick Task creation page. The Submit or Create button will be greyed out until the required form is submitted.
A warning message will display whenever you want to delete a message or attachment.
The announcement contents now reflect the same formatting structure as the configuration page.
URLs are now hyperlinked and can be opened directly from within an announcement.
The End Date field will now be hidden on a new Quick Task window, if the reoccurring option is enabled. The end date field can be populated directly on the Action details page once it’s created.
