Actions and Locations Modules
- Searching by Photo Tag
Users can now search Actions by photo tag. Simply type the photo tag in the search bar, and any associated Actions will appear in the results.
Conversations Module
- New Conversations-only Role
This is a stripped-back version of Intelocate which includes only the Conversations module for particular use cases.
This role is currently only available to some clients, but can be added to other environments upon request. If this is something that interests you, please feel free to reach out to us at team@intelocate.com and we can make it happen!
- Conversation pinning
Administrators can now pin Conversations! Pinned Conversations will remain at the top of the list for all members in the Conversation. The pin button is at the top-right of the Conversation, alongside People, Actions, and Files.
Pinned view
It’s that easy! Now you’ll never lose track of your most important Conversations — whatever they may be about.
System-wide changes
- Store codes now displayed with Location names
This change is reflected throughout the interface, which will ultimately reduce clicks when navigating and provide more information at a glance!
- Start date indicator
When an Action has been created with the start date in the future, the system will now display a countdown indicating the number of days until the start date.
Forms/Checklists
- Made it easier to fill out forms on Action creation

- Improved form builder logic
- Fixed bug which prevented Vendors from being added to an Action
