Actions and Locations Modules

• Users can now select a date range for Actions (Issues/Tasks/Projects). The system will display all Actions created during the set date range. Users can further filter Actions based on their Status

Form Builder – Ability to Clone/Copy a Form

Users can now copy/clone existing forms. It is now very easy to copy a form that has been previously created and modify a copy for any purpose.

• To copy a form, find a form you would like to copy in the Form Builder
• Next, to Edit a Form, a New Copy Icon is available to create a copy of the form

Improvements

System Wide

• NEW User Role – Management

The New Management Role is identical to the Admin Role, but this user cannot subscribe to all categories. Admin users should pre-subscribe Management users to Categories of Issues administrators would like this user/s to see.

Forms/Checklists

• Vendor User Role can now view Submitted forms in full.

E-mail Notifications

• New Task Invitation e-mail now has a summary of forms and checklists in the task.
