New Photo Report Available
Now, in addition to being able to create Issue Reports, Checklist Reports, and so on, you can now create Photo Reports! The Photo Report generation page can be accessed by clicking the “Reports” button on the left-hand side, and then selecting “Photo Report.”
Reports will pull photos from Actions in the system with photo attachments. You can select multiple criteria including level 1 and 2 categories, photo tags, locations, people, as well as a custom date range. This allows for maximum flexibility, depending on what content you would like to be included in the report.
Once the report has been generated, you will be able to download the report as a pdf file, or download all of the individual photos in a folder. You can also further filter the content of the generated report by clicking on the photo tags just below the header.

- Made photo tag visibility more consistent across the system
- When assigning a Quick Task to multiple locations, the associated location-specific actions will now default to being “Tasks” rather than “Issues”
